1. Who we are

2. Orders

By placing an order you confirm the details are accurate and you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. An order is accepted when we confirm it; we may decline or cancel orders affected by errors in price, stock, or product information, with a full refund of any amount paid.

3. Prices & payment

All prices are in Kuwaiti Dinar (KD) and include applicable fees unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through our licensed payment gateway (KNET and major cards). We never store your card details.

4. Delivery

We deliver across Kuwait via home delivery only. Free delivery applies to orders above 15 KD; delivery fees for smaller orders are shown at checkout. Typical delivery is within 1–3 working days. Please make sure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address.

5. Products

Our products are natural and often handmade — small variations in color, texture, scent, and grain are part of their nature, not defects. Product images are as accurate as possible; slight differences may occur.

6. Loyalty, offers & codes

Discount codes and loyalty points cannot be exchanged for cash, apply per their stated conditions, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. One promotional code per order unless stated otherwise.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — the سانتي name, logo, photos, and text — belongs to Sanity or its partner brands and may not be used without written permission.

8. Liability & law

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
